Announcing the winning unit of the contest for the General Urban Planning Ideas of Long Thanh Airport, Dong Nai Province and the surrounding area; Running a demo of the Digital Transformation project in the construction industry; Starting Long Binh Tan social housing; Starting An Hung Phat social housing; Starting AeonMall Bien Hoa commercial center; Starting Long Khanh City Ring Road 1 project; Starting Tan Van Tower high-rise apartment building; Inauguration of water supply projects in 2024; Handing over and completing A6-A7 social housing units for people to install furniture and prepare to move in before Tet; Renovating the land opposite Duong Tu Giang park.
Completion date before January 15, 2025.
Previously, on September 5, the People's Committee of Dong Nai province issued a decision approving the detailed urban planning project at a scale of 1/500 for the commercial center in Hiep Hoa ward, Bien Hoa city.
The commercial center in Hiep Hoa ward has an area of nearly 12 hectares. Of which, the land area for building the commercial center is more than 10 hectares, the construction area of 3 surrounding roads is more than 1.5 hectares.
The commercial center in Hiep Hoa ward is a comprehensive commercial service center including food and beverage services, children's play area and rental of stalls, shelves, and sales space that have been fully invested; renting and sub-leasing premises, warehouses, halls, and other items. In addition, it exercises the right to import, export, distribute wholesale and retail goods according to regulations.
Total project investment is over 6,000 billion VND.
The commercial center in Hiep Hoa ward is located adjacent to Dang Van Tron street.
The project will include areas for arranging functions such as trees, parking lots, and auxiliary technical infrastructure.
The three roads surrounding the commercial center are planned to be built with a road width of 12-24m. After construction is completed, these roads will be handed over to the State for management and use.
