On June 29, Dong Nai City People's Committee just decided to implement the City People's Council's Resolution on the list of works and projects that must be recovered land in 2026 (4th supplement).
The City People's Committee assigned the People's Committees of communes and wards: Dai Phuoc, Xuan Dinh, Loc Ninh, Bom Bo, Phu Lam, Binh Tan, Tan An, Phu Hoa, Long Hoa, Phuoc Tan, Tan Trieu, Tri An, Dau Giay to organize the implementation of the Resolution; Organize the implementation of land acquisition, compensation, support, and resettlement to implement works and projects according to schedule and authority.
The Resolution of the City People's Council unanimously approved the list of 38 works and projects that must be recovered land with a total land recovery area of more than 1,986 ha.
