Dong Nai City People's Committee has just issued a decision to implement the City People's Council's Resolution on the list of 6 land acquisition projects for auctioning land use rights in 2026; at the same time, assigning the People's Committees of wards and communes: Long Thanh, Nhon Trach, Binh Loc, Hang Gon, Long Phuoc, Phuoc An, Thong Nhat to organize the implementation of the resolution.
The City People's Committee also noted that land acquisition and resettlement compensation and support will only be organized when all grounds are fully met according to land law regulations and other relevant regulations. The implementation must ensure proper procedures, publicity, transparency, democracy and close supervision; strengthen propaganda, create consensus and active participation of the people, and limit the occurrence of complaints and denunciations.
The City People's Committee also assigned the Dong Nai City Land Fund Development Center to organize the implementation of the Project on compensation, support, and resettlement to create a land fund to organize land use right auctions according to regulations for the above 6 projects; manage and develop land use right auction plans in accordance with regulations after having land allocation decisions.
The Resolution of the People's Council of Dong Nai City decided to unanimously approve the list of 6 land recovery projects for auctioning land use rights in 2026, with a total land recovery area of nearly 1,260ha.
6 land acquisition projects for auction of land use rights in 2026 include:
Project to recover land for auction of land use rights for an area of about 350 ha in Long Thanh ward and Long Phuoc commune.
Project to recover land for auction of land use rights for an area of about 318 ha in Nhon Trach ward and Phuoc An commune.
The project to recover land for auction of land use rights covers an area of about 372 ha in Nhon Trach ward.
Land recovery project to auction land use rights for an area of about 150 ha in Binh Loc ward to implement the Suoi Tre urban - service - tourism chain project.
Project to recover land for auction of land use rights for an area of about 23 hectares in Hang Gon ward.
Land recovery project to auction land use rights for an area of about 85 hectares in Thong Nhat commune.
