Project of the Program for Development of Grade II Cities (green cities) - Vinh Phuc province component project, borrowing capital from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) with a total investment of 2,045.2 billion VND.
Of which, ODA funding is 1,445.5 billion VND, ODA (ADF) capital is 934.2 billion VND; concessional loan (OCR) capital is 458.81 billion VND; non-refundable aid capital is 44.6 billion VND; Vietnam's counterpart capital is 599.64 billion VND.
The project includes 7 components with 8 construction packages, implemented in the former Vinh Phuc province area with a total land area to be recovered of 44.16ha.
According to the reporter's investigation, on July 29, the Vinh Phuc Regional Project Management Board (the project investor) issued a notice inviting bids for the package "University village infrastructure framework" belonging to Component 6 project.
The above bidding package belongs to the field of construction and installation, is widely bid through the network, with a value of more than 208 billion VND from the provincial budget counterpart fund and ADB loans.
The main tasks of the package include: Construction, supply and installation of equipment, general items, construction permits, connection agreements, traffic assurance during construction; connection of lighting system.
In the near future, after the above bidding package has the contractor selection results, the winning bidder will build a secondary urban main street traffic project, level II road, technical level 60km/h. Construction location in Tam Duong commune and Hoi Thinh commune, Phu Tho province.
According to the design, the total length is 3,829km, the road is made up of 2 sections in the university urban framework plan, specifically:
The beginning section of the route is 2,821m long, starting from the intersection with Ring Road 2 of Vinh Yen city (old) at Km6+672, to the DG6 intersection at Km2+821.28 with a roadbed of 25m, a width of 15m for vehicles...
The design scale of the final section starts from the DG6 intersection (Km2+821.28) to DT. 310C (Km12+031): The section has a length of 1,007.71m, a roadbed width of 38m, a running vehicle width of 23m (each lane 11.5m, median strip 5m).

Project Component 1 (Dam Vac Lake dredging and landscape preservation) and Component 5 (Green tree system development in Dam Vac South area): Project implementation time adjusted to the end of June 30, 2028.
Component 3 Project (3-level wastewater connection system) and Component 4 Project (Wastewater and household hygiene cycle fund): Project implementation time adjusted to the end of December 31, 2026.
Component 1 Project (Dam Vac Lake dredging and landscape preservation) has its total investment adjusted from more than 270.8 billion VND to 213.7 billion VND.
