At the beginning of the route (Vu Pham Ham - Trung Kinh intersection), a part of the clean ground area has been fenced with corrugated iron. Inside, machinery and raw materials are gathered to serve the construction work.
The Ring Road 2.5 construction investment project is a transport infrastructure project of particular importance in connecting and reducing traffic pressure in the Capital.
In Yen Hoa ward, the project is implemented under an emergency order of the Hanoi City People's Committee with 2 sections of the Dich Vong - Duong Dinh Nghe New Urban Area and the Vu Pham Ham - Tran Duy Hung section. The total land area recovered for project implementation is about 30,683.7 m2.
Yen Hoa Ward People's Committee said that on May 4, the ward handed over the clean land areas to the Hanoi Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board.
This is an important effort to promote the progress of the key Ring Road 2.5 project in the context that the whole city is highly focused on framework transport infrastructure projects.
The total land area officially handed over to the Hanoi Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board reached 13,502.8 m2.
Besides the area handed over to the construction unit, another positive result is the consensus of people with recovered land to implement the project.
Accordingly, the ward government has received and handed over an additional 8,436 m2 of land from households and individuals whose land has been recovered, raising the total area of land received and handed over to 21,938.8 m2, reaching about 71.5%.
Yen Hoa Ward determines that the site clearance for the Ring Road 2.5 project needs to be implemented in a spirit of responsibility, publicity, transparency and respect for the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of the People.
The ward continues to accompany, listen to, and absorb people's opinions and recommendations; promptly summarize and report to competent authorities for consideration and resolution according to regulations. At the same time, strengthen propaganda, dialogue, and mobilization to gradually remove difficulties, create consensus among the people, contributing to accelerating the project implementation progress.
To definitively resolve outstanding issues, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of Yen Hoa Ward People's Council Nguyen Quoc Khanh said that in the coming time, Yen Hoa ward determines to focus on synchronously implementing many drastic solutions.
The key task is to definitively resolve site clearance work to hand over to the investor for rolling construction, starting from the section of Dich Vong New Urban Area to Duong Dinh Nghe street to ensure connectivity with the section of Cau Giay ward.
In parallel with that, the ward will prioritize recovering the land area of households adjacent to Trung Kinh Ha Pagoda to create conditions to ensure continuous construction.
In particular, to ensure the legitimate rights of the people, the local government will closely coordinate with Phu Dien and Thuong Cat wards to accelerate the progress of zoning planning adjustment and technical infrastructure completion in resettlement areas.
