SÓNG HỮU |

Hanoi - Representatives of the investor and leaders of Chuong My ward have answered many petitions from people related to site clearance for the National Highway 6 expansion project.

On May 16, Chuong My Ward People's Committee coordinated with the Hanoi Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board and the Party Committee and government of Doan Ket ward to organize a conference to propagate, mobilize, dialogue and receive opinions from households with residential land located within the scope of the project to renovate and upgrade National Highway 6, Ba La - Xuan Mai section.

At the conference, Mr. Duong Duc Hien, representative of the Hanoi Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board, clearly informed about the mechanisms and policies related to site clearance, especially the application of Resolution No. 52/2025/NQ-HDND of the Hanoi City People's Council on land price lists as a basis for calculating compensation when the State recovers land.

Households basically agreed with the policy of project implementation, and at the same time proposed to clarify some contents on: Land prices in the resettlement area, compensation levels between land locations, conditions for resettlement arrangement, cases of many households sharing one land plot, as well as problems with legal documents and identification of land users. Some opinions suggested considering adjusting compensation levels to suit reality...

Representatives of the Hanoi Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board and leaders of the Ward People's Committee, along with leaders and officials of the Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department of the ward, directly answered and clarified each content raised by the people.

In which it clearly affirms: For land areas belonging to the traffic safety corridor managed by the State, they are only lent to people for temporary use, so when recovered, they will not be compensated.

The determination of compensation value is considered according to the location of each land plot and regulations in Resolution No. 52/2025/NQ-HĐND of the Hanoi City People's Council.

For cases where the remaining area is small and many households live together (such as about 60m2 with 3 households), functional agencies will consider and resolve according to legal regulations and actual conditions, including considering arranging or purchasing resettlement quotas if conditions are met.
