On May 9, Chuong My Ward People's Committee (Hanoi) coordinated with the Hanoi Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board and the Party Committee and government of Trang An residential group to organize a conference to propagate, mobilize, dialogue and receive opinions from households and individuals using residential land within the scope of the project to renovate and upgrade National Highway 6, Ba La - Xuan Mai section.
According to the review, Trang An residential group has 24 households with land located within the land clearance boundary.
At the conference, representatives of the Hanoi Traffic Construction Project Management Board publicly announced the compensation, support and resettlement plans for each land plot; and clearly informed about relevant mechanisms and policies, including the application of Resolution No. 52/2025/NQ-HĐND dated November 26, 2025 of the Hanoi City People's Council on land price lists as a basis for calculating compensation and support when the State recovers land for project implementation.
Households basically agreed with the policy of implementing the project, and at the same time proposed to clarify some contents such as: Land price in the resettlement area, compensation level between locations, conditions for resettlement arrangement, cases of many households sharing one land plot, or problems with legal documents, determining land users.
Some opinions suggested adjusting the compensation level to be more suitable to reality, and soon allocating resettlement quotas for people to stabilize their lives...
Mr. Duong Duc Hien, Deputy Director of the Hanoi Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board and Mr. Trinh Duy Oai, Chairman of the Ward People's Committee directly answered and clarified each group of issues raised by the people.
In which it is affirmed that the resettlement arrangement is considered based on the remaining land area after recovery and the specific conditions of each household; eligible cases may be considered to buy additional resettlement quotas or social housing. Households eligible for resettlement will also be supported with house rent for a period of 3 to a maximum of 6 months...

Concluding the conference, Chairman of Chuong My Ward People's Committee Trinh Duy Oai emphasized the significance and importance of the project for infrastructure development, socio-economic development of Hanoi Capital and the locality; and at the same time requested households to continue to coordinate and soon hand over the land after being answered, ensuring full legitimate rights according to regulations, avoiding unwanted coercive measures.
Local authorities always listen and accompany people in site clearance work with the most beneficial plan in the legal corridor to ensure the legitimate rights and interests of the people.
