Recently, Le Ich Moc ward has resolutely implemented land management and use in the area. Through inspection work, at 9:00 a.m. on December 21, the People's Committee of Le Ich Moc Ward discovered that Mr. Do Duc H's household (residing in Quang Thanh 2 Residential Group) had violated land laws.
Accordingly, Mr. Do Duc Hiep's household arbitrarily changed the purpose of using rice-growing land to non-agricultural land without permission from a competent state agency, through the construction of a corrugated iron tent and iron frame with an area of about 80 m2 at plot number 279, map sheet number 02, address of Quang Thanh 2 residential group. The above behavior violated the order of land management and use, seriously violating the provisions of current law.
The leader of the People's Committee of Le Ich Moc Ward affirmed that the handling of land violations in the area is carried out seriously, resolutely, in accordance with legal regulations, according to the motto of clear people, clear work, clear time, no forbidden areas, no exceptions.
The Ward People's Committee assigned the Ward Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Affairs Department to complete the handling dossier, no later than December 25, to advise on issuing a decision to sanction administrative violations. At the same time, strengthen inspection and supervision, absolutely prevent the expansion and re-offending.
For Mr. Do Duc H's household, on the afternoon of December 22, all corrugated iron roofs and frames must be dismantled; by December 26 at the latest, the container relocation must be completed and the land plot must be restored to its original state. After the above time, if the ward People's Committee does not voluntarily comply, the Ward People's Committee will assign the Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Affairs Department to complete the dossier and organize enforcement, reclaim the violating land area, all demolition costs will be paid by the violating household, to be completed before December 31.
Previously, at 3:00 p.m. on December 9, the Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Affairs Department of Le Ich Moc Ward also inspected and discovered the case of Mr. Dang Van Ph and Ms. Doan Thi Ph (residing in Quang Thanh 1 Residential Group) arbitrarily constructing the foundation of the project with reinforced concrete, with an area of 263 m2 on agricultural land of Quang Thanh 1 and 2 residential groups.
Immediately after the discovery, the Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Affairs Department of the ward drew up a working record and issued a notice requesting an immediate stop of construction of the violating project. At the same time, households are required to voluntarily dismantle the construction works in violation of regulations.
