Vietnam Auction Joint Stock Company has just issued a notice to stop organizing a land use rights auction for 60 plots of land for people to build houses to create capital for new rural construction in Chinh Nghia commune, Kim Dong district, Hung Yen province (expected to be held at 8:30 a.m. on May 9 at Kim Dong District Cultural House Hall) based on Official Dispatch No. 462/UBND-NNMT of the People's Committee of Kim Dong district.
Vietnam Auction Joint Stock Company will refund the purchase price of the auction documents and the deposit that the customer has paid. Customers should proactively contact the company for guidance, advice and support.
According to the previous announcement, 60 plots of land in Chinh Nghia commune, Kim Dong district, Hung Yen province have an area ranging from 83.8 - 85m2; the starting price for the plots of land is from 17 - 20.4 million VND/m2.
Recently, Hung Yen has continuously organized many auctions for land use rights.
Accordingly, it is expected that on May 9, Sao Mai Group Joint Stock Auction Company will coordinate with the People's Committee of Phung Hung commune to organize an auction of the right to use 34 plots of land for people to build houses in the new rural residential area of Phung Hung commune, Khoai Chau district, Hung Yen province.
The plots of land have an area of 92 - 281m2; the starting price for each plot of land is from 30 - 36 million VND/m2. The auction is conducted by direct voting in one round at the auction for each plot of land. The auction will take place at 8:30 a.m. on May 9 at the People's Committee of Phung Hung commune.
On May 10, Vietnam Auction Joint Stock Company organized an auction of 17 plots of land for people to build houses in Lac Dao commune, Van Lam district, Hung Yen province.
The plots of land have an area of 69 - 160m2, with starting prices ranging from 13.5 - 20.1 million VND/m2. The auction is conducted by direct secret ballot in one round according to the method of bidding up. The auction will take place at 8:00 a.m. on May 10 at the Headquarters of the People's Committee of Dinh Du commune, Van Lam district, Hung Yen province.
On the same afternoon, an auction of the right to use 49 plots of land for people to build houses took place in Dinh Du commune, Van Lam district, Hung Yen province.
The plots of land have an area of 78 - 92m2, starting price from 13.7 - 16.5 million VND/m2. Auction according to each land plot group, by direct secret ballot in 1 round.
