Quy Nhon Property Auction Service Center has just announced the organization of an auction of residential land use rights for 23 plots of land in residential areas (phase 2 in 2025) in Hoai Nhon Tay ward, Gia Lai province.
The total auction area is 2,993.6m2, including 5 plots of land in Ngo Hon residential area (Luong Tho 2 residential group, Hoai Nhon Tay ward) with an area of 631.1m2, and 18 plots of land in Phung Du 2 residential group, Hoai Nhon Tay ward with an area of 2,362.5m2.
The plots of land have an area of 124.8m2 to 137.5m2, the purpose of use is urban land, allocated land with land use fees collected through auction and long-term use.
The starting price is divided into two levels: 1.5 million VND/m2 and 8.5 million VND/m2, equivalent to a total starting price of 21.02 billion VND, with the value of each lot ranging from 187 million VND to more than 1.1 billion VND/lot.
The auction documents are sold and received during the administrative hours from the date of posting the notice until before 5:00 p.m. on November 19, 2025, at Quy Nhon Property Auction Service Center (37 Phan Dinh Phung, Quy Nhon Ward, Gia Lai Province) and the Management Board of Hoai Nhon Tay Ward (130 Le Hong Phong, Tan Thanh 1 Residential Group, Hoai Nhon Tay Ward, Gia Lai Province).
The auction will be held at 8:30 a.m. on November 22, 2025, at the Hall of the People's Committee of Hoai Nhon Tay Ward (214 Bui Duc Son, Tan Thanh 1 residential group, Hoai Nhon Tay Ward, Gia Lai Province).
The auction is conducted in the form of a combination of indirect voting and direct voting at the auction, with the method of bidding up for each separate plot of land.
