On October 28, according to PV's investigation, the Property Auction Service Center No. 2 of Phu Tho province has just announced the organization of a land use rights auction for two land plots in Vinh Yen ward.
Auction of 15 land lots in Dong Gao urban area
The plots of land have symbols from L5 to L19, adjacent to a 13.5m road in Dong Gao urban area, Vinh Yen ward.
Each lot has an area of 100m2, starting price of 5.6 million VND/m2 (equivalent to 560 million VND/lot). The deposit is 112 million VND/plot.
The land viewing time is from October 24-28, the organizing unit will receive documents to participate in the auction from October 24 to 5:00 p.m. on January 5. The auction results are expected to be announced at 8:00 a.m. on November 10, 2025.
15 plots of land at Tich Son service land
Accordingly, the land has plots C2 to C16, adjacent to 13.5m road, belonging to the Tich Son service land (now in Vinh Yen ward).
Each plot has an area of 105m2, starting price of 8 million VND/m2 (equivalent to 840 million VND/plot). The deposit is 168 million VND/plot.
People can view the land from October 17-21, submit their applications from October 17 to 5:00 p.m. on October 29. The auction results were announced at 8:00 a.m. on November 3, 2025.
The auction is conducted in the form of an indirect vote in one round via post, according to the method of bidding up, with a minimum price step of 1,000 VND/m2. The participants are individuals who meet the conditions prescribed by the 2024 Land Law.
The auction winner is responsible for paying all taxes and fees according to regulations. The fee for purchasing the documents is 100,000 VND/ dossier, not refunded. The deposit must be paid separately for each plot of land to the account of the Property Auction Service Center No. 2 of Phu Tho province.
The two auctions are considered a rare opportunity for people to own residential land with beautiful locations, clear legal documents, and complete infrastructure in the central area of Vinh Yen city (old) where there is still a rapid urbanization rate and a lot of development potential.
