On October 27, according to PV's investigation, the People's Committee of Vinh Yen Ward (Phu Tho Province) has just coordinated with Trung Quan Private Auction Enterprise to prepare to organize an auction of the right to use 19 residential land lots at key locations in the area.
According to notices No. 166/TB-DG, 167/TB-DG and 168/TB-DG, the land lots are divided into two groups and are auctioned by indirect secret ballot via post.
Group 1 includes 7 plots of land, including 2 plots in the new FAIRYTOWN quarter and 5 plots in the Tay nay field area. The lots have an area of 91.12 m2 to 104.66 m2, with starting prices ranging from 12 - 18 million VND/m2. The total starting price is more than 8.35 billion VND, the deposit ranges from 218.6 to 343.4 million VND/plot.
Group 2 includes 12 plots of land at the Thap Nai copper auction and service area, each plot is 100 m2, starting price 15 million VND/m2, total value of about 18 billion VND, deposit of 300 million VND/plot.
The auction documents are sold from October 17 to October 31 (group of 12 lots) and until November 4 (group of 7 lots). Participants send documents and bids by post to Trung Quan Auction Enterprise (Nam Vinh Yen Urban Area, Vinh Yen Ward).
The auction results of the group of 12 lots will be announced at 8:00 a.m. on November 5, the group of 7 lots on November 7, all at the Hall of the People's Committee of Thanh Tru commune (old).
The participants are Vietnamese citizens aged 18 and over, eligible for State land allocation or lease under the 2024 Land Law, not subject to the prohibited cases under the Property Auction Law. Members of the same household are not allowed to register to auction the same plot of land.
Customers can actually view their assets and records on October 22, 23 and 24 at FAIRYTOWN and Thay Nai field.
The auction is expected to contribute to transparency of the land use rights market, promoting urban development in Vinh Yen ward.
