Khai Bao Joint Stock Auction Company has just announced the organization of an auction of land use rights for people to build houses in two concentrated residential areas including: Xuan Trung commune and Xuan Phuong commune, Xuan Truong district (now Xuan Hung commune, Ninh Binh province), with a total of 17 land lots.
The plots of land have areas ranging from 86.2m2 to 192m2, with a total area of 1,864.6m2. The starting price is divided into two levels: 6 million VND/m2 and 9 million VND/m2.
The entire land plot is used as rural residential land (ONT), which has been leveled and invested in the construction of technical infrastructure. No assets attached to the land. The form of land allocation is that the State allocates land with land use fees through auction, with a long-term term of use.
The auction is organized in the form of direct voting at the auction, one round for all land lots. The auction method is to bid upward, the time for recording and submitting the vouchers must not exceed 20 minutes.
The auction participant bids by square meter and receives land by lot, the winning price of each lot is calculated by multiplying the winning price by the area of that land lot.
The common price step for all lots is 100,000 VND/m2, which is the difference between the first bidding price and the starting price or between the next bidding price and the previous bidding price.
Time for selling and receiving registration documents to participate in the auction: During the office from October 31, 2025 to 5:00 p.m. on November 12, 2025, at Xuan Hung Commune People's Committee and Khai Bao Joint Stock Auction Company (village 40, Xuan Truong Commune, Ninh Binh Province).
The auction will be held at 8:00 a.m. on November 16, 2025 (Sunday) at the headquarters of the People's Committee of Xuan Hung commune.
In case of force majeure or changes in the number of participants, Khai Bao Joint Stock Auction Company can adjust the auction time and location accordingly. Participants need to be present 30 minutes before the auction to complete the registration procedures.
