CK54 land in Tra Da commune, Pleiku city is located along Tran Van Binh Street, west bordering Hoi Phu stream and agricultural land, the South borders the residential area, the North borders Ia Linh stream and the planning area for Pleikuku airport .
At the end of 2024, the People's Committee of Gia Lai province approved the planning project of CK54 urban construction area with a scale of 240ha, a population of about 17,000 people.
Owning potential location near the center of the mountain town, the CK54 urban area will contribute to expanding urban space, developing synchronous infrastructure in traffic, electricity, schools and health stations.
According to Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee, this urban area is oriented to become a model and smart city, with public spaces serving people and tourists.
The project aims to build friendly, modern Pleiku, sustainable development according to the goal of "green plateau for health".

The Ministry of Transport approved the planning of Pleiku Airport for the period 2021-2030, vision to 2050 to create an advantage for Gia Lai in tourism development and attract investment.
According to the plan, Pleiku Airport meets 4C airport standards (according to ICAO) and Level II military airport, with a capacity of about 4 million passengers and 4,500 tons of goods per year.
The expansion of airport land and urban areas will promote socio -economic development. However, the important factor is to choose investors with financial capacity and experience to build synchronous and methodical infrastructure.
Land management, valuation, property auction and tax collection should be carried out transparently and fairly according to the law.
