In early February 2025, Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Nguyen Trong Dong signed Decision No. 594/QD-UBND on handing over 11,342.1 m2 of land in Xuan Canh commune (Dong Anh district) to Dong Anh district People's Committee to implement the project of building technical infrastructure for the land use rights auction area in Van Loc 2 village.
According to the decision, the assigned land area will serve the implementation of the project to build the land use rights auction area in Van Loc 2 village.
The project is implemented on a land area of 11,342.1 m2. Of which, 5,106 m2 of residential land will be auctioned for land use rights. Land plots marked by LK13-LK16 will be put into auction for land use rights.
The form of land use is land allocation without land use fee collection, the land use term will be according to the investment project implementation period. The remaining 6,236.1 m2 of land will be used for traffic purposes, trees, and technical infrastructure joints.
The Hanoi People's Committee also requested the Dong Anh District People's Committee to organize the construction of technical infrastructure according to the approved investment project, ensuring the overall planning and synchronous connection with the regional infrastructure.
At the same time, Dong Anh District People's Committee will have to prepare and approve the master plan drawing, ensuring that there is no interleaved land area, and using land economically and effectively.
Previously, in January 2025, the Hanoi People's Committee decided to hand over 20,671 m2 of land in Van Dinh town and Lien Bat commune (Ung Hoa district) to the Ung Hoa district People's Committee to implement the project to invest in building technical infrastructure for the land use rights auction area.
According to the Hanoi People's Committee, out of the total 20,671 m2 of allocated land, there are 6,028.9 m2 of residential land for auction of land use rights, the remaining 14,642.2 m2 of traffic and green land.
The Hanoi People's Committee assigned the Ung Hoa District People's Committee to contact the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to determine the amount of money to be paid and carry out land handover procedures in the field according to regulations.
At the same time, organize the construction of technical infrastructure according to approved investment projects to ensure synchronous connection of technical infrastructure and regional infrastructure. In addition, the People's Committee of Ung Hoa district must develop a plan to auction land use rights and organize an auction according to regulations.
