On February 6, information from the People's Committee of Dong Nai province said that it had issued a decision to auction the land use rights of the Long Giao Industrial Cluster (55.9 hectares) in Long Giao town and Xuan Duong commune, Cam My district with a starting price for auctioning the land use rights of more than 788 billion VND.
The land is planned as industrial park land.
The form of state land lease is one-time payment through land use rights auction for the entire lease period of 50 years.
According to the decision, the above land has a total area of 55.9 ha, of which the auctioned land area of the right to use is nearly 390,000 m2, the remaining is green land, wastewater treatment infrastructure and transportation.
For the auctioned land area of nearly 170,000 m2, the auction winner (investor) does not have to pay land rent according to Clause 3, Article 202 of the Land Law.
Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee assigned Dong Nai Provincial Land Fund Development Center as the agency organizing the auction of the land. The center is responsible for preparing procedures to select a unit organizing the auction of assets to conduct the auction of land use rights.
Currently, the planning area of Long Giao Industrial Cluster has a connecting traffic road, with electricity infrastructure and water to the edge of the land.
