The project has a scale of more than 2 hectares, with a total preliminary investment of over 1,250 billion VND, the implementation period is within 4 years (from the fourth quarter of 2025 to the fourth quarter of 2029).
When completed, the project will provide about 1,265 social housing apartments, 48 townhouses combined with commercial - service businesses, along with a system of trees, flower gardens, roads and synchronous technical infrastructure, serving the apartment complex. The expected population is about 3,088 people.
The project aims to contribute to the implementation of the Housing Development Program for the period 2020-2035; soon complete the Project targets of "Investing in the construction of at least 1 million social housing apartments for low-income people and industrial park workers in the period 2021-2030" in the province.
The Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee requires selected investors to complete the synchronous construction of apartment buildings and technical - social infrastructure works, ensuring compliance with regulations. The selling price of social housing apartments must commit to not exceeding 14 million VND/m2 of usable floor.
