With the same opinion, male student Nguyen Quoc Tuan (from Hau Giang) is also looking for a mini house priced at 3 million VND/month for long-term rent. In addition to the landlord's unreasonable increase in rent, male students also want a stable place to live to work after graduation.

“There is only one semester left to complete my university degree, so I want to find a comfortable place to live permanently. Currently, mini houses priced from 3 - 3.5 million are not difficult to find. At this price, me and my friend sharing a room is only a little higher than renting a room," Quoc Tuan said.

Also surprised by the rent increase by the landlord, Ms. Pham Thien Nghi (27 years old, salesperson) decided to close a mini house priced at 3.5 million VND for 2 people. According to the female employee, with an income ranging from 8 - 10 million VND/month, depending on the store's revenue, moving from a boarding house to a mini house is not beyond her budget and she can live on it herself. Rest more comfortably.

“With a rental price of 3.5 million VND/month plus electricity and water bills, if I split it in half, it only costs me about 2 million VND/month but I can live in a spacious, clean space with many other amenities. In particular, I also don't have to worry about the landlord suddenly raising the rent because I have a clear contract," Ms. Nghi shared.

Accordingly, the city's real estate market potential is very large, housing prices are increasing rapidly, leading to rental prices becoming expensive. Therefore, the solution of choosing to rent cheap mini apartments becomes the most suitable choice for most renters.
