According to reporters of Lao Dong Newspaper on May 12, many road surface works on Nguyen Trai street (Thanh Xuan ward, Hanoi) are being dismantled to serve the construction of the 2.5 Ring Road project, Nguy Nhu Kon Tum - Nguyen Trai section.
In the area near Thuong Dinh station, machinery and many workers were mobilized to dismantle each part of the project within the site clearance area.
The dismantling work is being urgently deployed but still ensures safety requirements and limits the impact on the lives of surrounding people.

According to records, many households living in alley 190 Nguyen Trai street are also urgently collecting and moving belongings to hand over land for the project. A series of people's houses within the project area have been handed over land, waiting for demolition.
The Ring Road 2.5 project, Nguy Nhu Kon Tum - Nguyen Trai section, is about 0.95km long with a land area to be recovered of more than 39,000m2, involving 472 land plots and about 700 households. Therefore, site clearance work sets high requirements for progress, support plans and coordination in implementation organization.
The Steering Committee for Site Clearance of Thanh Xuan Ward has requested the entire political system to switch to a "total force" state, focusing highly on the work of paying compensation and resettlement support, and at the same time deploying demolition and preparing clean ground to serve project construction.
To ensure progress, the Compensation, Support and Resettlement Council has established 4 payment teams, organizing the receipt of people's registrations before 8 pm every day, thereby arranging payments on the same day, minimizing waiting.
In parallel with the payment work, Thanh Xuan ward also focused on opening access routes to bring machinery and vehicles into the demolition area. The construction organization is carried out according to the motto "handover to where, demolition to there".

According to the leader of Thanh Xuan Ward People's Committee, the Ring Road 2.5 project (Nguy Nhu Kon Tum - Nguyen Trai section) in the ward passes through a densely populated residential area, including the area of Nhan Chinh and old Chinh Kinh villages.
Many locations are located deep in small, long alleys, with cramped ground, making it difficult for demolition machines and waste transport vehicles to access.
Therefore, most items must be handled manually, requiring forces to coordinate closely to both ensure safety and maintain the overall progress of the project, minimizing the impact on the lives of people in the area.

Thanh Xuan Ward requests forces to persevere, stick to each location, each household and each specific task.
Propaganda, mobilization, payment and demolition work are implemented simultaneously, in order to both create consensus and ensure the overall progress of the project.
With the synchronous involvement of the entire political system, along with the spirit of cooperation and sharing of the people, site clearance work in Thanh Xuan ward is being accelerated, creating an important foundation for the Ring Road 2.5 project to be implemented on schedule.
