Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Truong Viet Dung has just signed and issued a decision on allowing Ham Long Joint Stock Company to change the land use purpose of 558m2 of land at No. 3 Tran Quoc Toan Street, Cua Nam Ward to implement the Tu An Hotel Investment Project.
The purpose of use is commercial and service land; the form of land use is that the State leases land to pay annual land rent.
The land use term is from the date the City People's Committee signs the decision to June 24, 2069.
Land price calculating land rent must be paid according to the land price in the land price table.
The City People's Committee assigned Ham Long Joint Stock Company to be fully responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information, data, and documents attached to the project dossier requesting land use purpose conversion.
Ham Long Joint Stock Company contacts the Department of Agriculture and Environment; Hanoi City Tax Department; Department of Construction, Cua Nam Ward People's Committee to carry out relevant procedures.
At the same time, manage and use the allocated land area within the boundary and boundaries, for the right purpose according to the provisions of law; ensure environmental sanitation and fire prevention and fighting according to the regulations in the Vietnam Construction Regulations; not be allowed to transfer to other units to implement projects without the approval of the City People's Committee.
Within 12 consecutive months from the date of receiving the handover of land outside the field, if Ham Long Joint Stock Company does not put the land into use or the land use progress is 24 months behind the progress recorded in the investment project, Ham Long Joint Stock Company is entitled to a 24-month extension of land use; if the extension period expires but the land is not put into use or the land is used in violation of the contents recorded in Article 1 of this Decision, the City People's Committee shall recover the land without compensation for land, assets attached to land and investment costs in the remaining land.
