The Economic Department, Kieu Phu Commune People's Committee has just reported the results of handling land violations and construction order in week 2 of 2026.
In the first 2 weeks of 2026, the Economic Department has regularly reviewed the actual situation in each village, promptly detecting hotspots and potential violations to advise on handling directives.
The Economic Department has advised the Commune People's Committee to issue 8 decisions to sanction administrative violations (Ta Van Hoa; Do Danh Trang, Nguyen Huu Ba, Kieu Anh Ben, Dang Thi Diep; Nguyen Van Dai; Nguyen Thi Lien Anh; Nguyen Cao Quyen).
At the same time, advising the Commune People's Committee to issue a decision to force the implementation of remedial measures against Tuyet Dong Private Enterprise.
On January 10, the Economic Department organized a flycam to inspect the situation of land violations and construction order in some key areas in the commune. Through inspection, 1 violation case was detected in Thong Dat village.
On January 12, the Economic Department coordinated with Ngoc Than and Dong But villages to inspect the situation of land violations and construction order in the area; through inspection, 1 violation case was discovered in Dong But village and 1 case of digging a pond in Ngoc Than village is being inspected and verified.
On January 13, the Economic Department organized a working session with Ms. Can Thi Van's household regarding violations in Ao Ong Loi area. Through the working session, the Economic Department requested Ms. Can Thi Van's household to hand over the land to serve the project implementation before January 30; and at the same time continue to advise and report to the Party Committee and People's Committee of the commune for consideration and direction to resolve some remaining problems in the project implementation process.
The Economic Department advised the Commune People's Committee to send a document to the State Bank of Vietnam - Area Branch 1 on providing information about the accounts of individuals who are violating administrative regulations in the field of land.
In the coming time, the Economic Department will continue to inspect and review the construction situation in the commune to prevent, promptly detect, and thoroughly handle cases of construction order violations. Advise the Chairman of the Commune People's Committee to issue handling decisions in accordance with the law. Review and inspect basic construction investment projects in the commune. Along with that, regularly patrol and control to detect construction violations on agricultural land in areas with high risk of violations. Review public land and unused land areas to promptly detect and handle.
Promote propaganda work on land and construction laws to people through village meetings, commune radio broadcasts, propaganda leaflets... Advise the Commune People's Committee to complete dossiers and definitively handle violating works in accordance with the law.
Urging the handling of 18 remaining violations of 2025 and 7 cases arising in 2026. Continue to review all land violations in the commune, cases of corrugated iron enclosure, corrugated iron construction, "especially on rice land" (clearly stating the scale, time and form of violation; handling status,...) in Kieu Phu commune.
Develop a plan and plan for coercion for cases that meet the conditions according to regulations. Especially develop a plan to organize coercion for Tuyet Dong Private Enterprise before the Lunar New Year 2026.
Through actual inspection, it was determined that 7 cases in Ao Sen area, Dong But village are works and items built on public land from many years ago. However, some cases currently do not have other residences. Dong But village grassroots has opinions proposing that the Commune People's Committee consider the time after the Lunar New Year 2026 to review, complete legal dossiers and establish dossiers for handling administrative violations according to regulations. After the Lunar New Year 2026, the Economic Department advised the Commune People's Committee to organize inspection and review of all 7 cases in Ao Sen area; clearly identify violating subjects, time of violation, land type, current status of use, as a basis for establishing dossiers for administrative violation sanctions or applying remedial measures according to legal regulations.
