    Hanoi will have an additional urban functional area at 233, 233B and 235 Nguyen Trai (Thanh Xuan district), with a total area of about 11 hectares.

    On June 4, the Hanoi People's Committee issued Decision No. 2786/QD-UBND on adjusting and supplementing the 2025 Land Use Plan of Thanh Xuan District.

    According to the Decision, the approval of the adjustment and supplementation of the 2025 land use plan of Thanh Xuan district has been approved by the City People's Committee in Decisions No. 178/QD-UBND dated January 10, 2025, No. 2557/QD-UBND dated May 22, 2025.

    Accordingly, 1 urban functional area project and project at 233, 233B and 235 Nguyen Trai of Xavinco Real Estate Joint Stock Company and a consortium with an area of 11 hectares will be added to the List of projects and works implemented in the 2025 land use plan of Thanh Xuan District.

    Adjust the content in Clause 2, Article 1 of Decision No. 2557/QD-UBND dated May 22, 2025 of the City People's Committee: The list of works and projects in the 2025 Land Use Plan includes 15 projects, with a total area of 26.84 hectares.

    Other contents of the 2025 land use plan of Thanh Xuan district are implemented according to Decisions No. 178 and No. 2557 of the Hanoi People's Committee.
