The City People's Committee has just issued a decision on adjusting and supplementing the 2025 Land Use Plan of Me Linh district.
In this decision, the city approved the adjustment and supplementation of the 2025 Land Use Plan of Me Linh district for 26 projects, including a number of newly registered projects such as: Investing in the construction of new inland waterway ports to receive means of anchoring, loading and unloading general goods, container storage areas, and other construction materials; renovating and upgrading traffic roads and drainage systems in residential areas of Lien Mac commune, Me Linh district.
In addition, there is a project to build a road connecting Me Linh Urban Center Axis Road 100 through the District General Hospital to the left dike of the Red River; build a Van Khe pumping station and a canal system to the Red River in Me Linh district and projects to build new urban areas; technical infrastructure for land auction in villages of Me Linh district with a total area of 1,192.57 hectares.
Of which, 3 projects were adjusted, with a total area of 674.19 hectares; 23 projects were added, with a total area of 518.38 hectares.
The decision to adjust the content stated in Article 1 "Inventory of works and projects included in the 2025 Land Use Plan includes 104 projects with a total area of 1,140.37 hectares" to "Inventory of works and projects included in the 2025 Land Use Plan of Me Linh district includes 127 projects with a total area of 1,769.75 hectares".
Other contents stated in Decision No. 6769/QD-UBND dated December 31, 2024 of the City People's Committee will remain in effect.
