On May 20, the City People's Committee issued 3 decisions on adjusting and supplementing the 2025 Land Use Plan for Hoan Kiem, Dong Da and Hai Ba Trung districts.
In Decision 2509/QD-UBND, approving the adjustment and supplementation of the 2025 Land Use Plan of Hai Ba Trung District, the City People's Committee approved Decision No. 29/QD-UBND dated January 5, 2025.
Accordingly, 4 works and projects with a total land use area of about 3.2764ha will be adjusted and supplemented.
4 works and projects are: Tran Hung Dao Bridge Construction Investment Project; A part of the agricultural land area to build the Capital Youth Park from the old Queenbee gate to the planning land boundary expected to build TTVH-TDTT TTTT Hai Ba Trung District in the Northwest of the Capital Youth Park and implemented under the approved plan in Decision No. 2035/QD-UBND dated 6.5.2010 of the City People's Committee; Renovate and embellish technical infrastructure in the summer area of Tran Nhan Tong street and the gate of Thong Nhat Park from Nguyen Dinh Chieu Street to Tran Binh Trong Street; Renovating and embellishing the summer of Le Duan street, gate, fence of Thong Nhat Park of Le Duan Street to Dai Co Viet Street.
Other contents of the 2025 Land Use Plan of Hai Ba Trung District are implemented according to Decision No. 29 of the City People's Committee.
In Decision No. 2510/QD-UBND, approving the adjustment and supplementation of the 2025 Land Use Plan of Hoan Kiem District, the City People's Committee approved Decision No. 28/QD-UBND dated January 5, 2025.
Accordingly, 4 works and projects with a total land use area of about 8.625 hectares will be adjusted and supplemented.
4 works and projects are: Tran Hung Dao Bridge Construction Investment Project; Compensation, support, resettlement and renovation project to renovate the TOD area east of Hoan Kiem Lake; Expansion of Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc Square, Hoan Kiem District; Tu An Hotel.
Other contents of the 2025 Land Use Plan of Hoan Kiem District are implemented according to Decision No. 28 of the City People's Committee.
In Decision No. 2514/QD-UBND, approving the adjustment and supplementation of the 2025 Land Use Plan of Dong Da District, the City People's Committee approved Decision No. 30/QD-UBND dated January 5, 2025.
Accordingly, 3 works and projects have been adjusted and supplemented with a total land use area of about 1.566 hectares.
3 projects are: Site clearance and Investment in construction of Kim Lien High School; synchronous renovation of technical infrastructure and urban landscape of Dong Da Lake; Project to renovate and rebuild apartment building 51 Huynh Thuc Khang, Lang Ha ward, Dong Da district in the List of projects implemented in the 2025 Land Use Plan of Dong Da district.
Other contents of the 2025 Land Use Plan of Dong Da District are implemented according to Decision No. 30 of the City People's Committee.
