On January 13, Kieu Phu Commune People's Committee organized a dialogue conference with households whose land was recovered to serve the technical infrastructure construction project of the land use right auction point DG04/2019 in Phu My village. Mr. Phan Trung Cuong - Standing Vice Chairman of Kieu Phu Commune People's Committee chaired the conference.
At the conference, leaders of the Kieu Phu Commune Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board reported on the contents of documents, dossiers, and documents related to the Decision to recover land for the implementation of the technical infrastructure construction project of the land use right auction area point DG04/2019 in Phu My village, previously issued by the People's Committee of Quoc Oai district.
Accordingly, the project to build technical infrastructure for the residential land use right auction area DG 04/2019 in Phu My village, Ngoc My commune, Quoc Oai district, now belonging to Kieu Phu commune, was implemented from 2019.
However, there are still 24 land plots of 22 households and individuals, with a total area of 3,018 m2, that have not been approved for receiving compensation for site clearance support, the reason being disagreement with the implementation of steps in land recovery, and not acceptance of compensation prices along with many other factors.
At the conference, 5 representative delegates spoke to request clarification of issues in the implementation of previous land acquisition procedures of the People's Committee of Quoc Oai district (old), requesting clarification of regulations on land acquisition, announcing compensation prices according to current regulations, and answering opinions and recommendations from households that had previous petitions.
After being given a speech by leaders of departments and agencies of Kieu Phu commune to clarify the contents of opinions and recommendations at the conference.
Many opinions from households also shared and created conditions for Kieu Phu commune to continue to implement compensation and support for people in accordance with regulations and complete investment steps to build technical infrastructure to soon implement the auction of land use rights for project DG04/2019, ensuring funding for economic development and technical infrastructure in Kieu Phu commune.
Mr. Phan Trung Cuong - Standing Vice Chairman of the Commune People's Committee emphasized that organizing a dialogue conference shows the spirit of receptiveness, listening, and respect for people's opinions of the local government in the process of project implementation.
At the same time, fully recording the opinions and legitimate recommendations of households related to land acquisition, compensation, support, site clearance, as well as concerns about mechanisms, policies and procedures for implementing the project to build technical infrastructure for the residential land use right auction area DG04/2019.
These are opinions originating from the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of the People, which need to be considered thoroughly and in accordance with the provisions of law by all levels and sectors.
Regarding the contents that have been explained and clarified by the leaders of professional departments and boards of the commune at the conference, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Commune People's Committee hopes that households will continue to share and agree, because the entire land recovery process, compensation and support plans are implemented based on the provisions of the Land Law and guiding documents of the Central Government and the city; ensuring publicity, transparency, correct order and procedures, and not causing loss to the State budget.
At the same time, ensuring the legitimate rights of the people as well as creating budget sources to invest in rural infrastructure development and social welfare works to serve people's lives in the commune.
For opinions and recommendations that still have content that has not been completely resolved or needs to be further reviewed and summarized, the Commune People's Committee will fully receive them, make minutes of the conference, and direct professional departments and agencies to inspect and compare dossiers and legal regulations, and resolve them in accordance with regulations. The Commune People's Committee's consistent viewpoint is not to avoid or miss people's recommendations.
Commune leaders hope that households will continue to maintain the spirit of cooperation, dialogue, and comply with the policy of land acquisition to serve the project. The project to build technical infrastructure for the residential land use right auction area DG04/2019 is an important project for infrastructure development, urban embellishment, creating resources for socio-economic development investment in the locality, and at the same time contributing to improving the material and spiritual life of the people in the coming time.
