Hanoi allocates more than 12,000m2 of land in Hoai Duc commune to build a textile factory

The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued a decision to lease more than 12,500m2 of land in Lai Xa Industrial Cluster to Hanoi Import-Export Investment and Investment Company Limited.

On July 8, the Hanoi People's Committee issued Decision No. 3709/QD-UBND on leasing 12,507m2 of land to Hanoi Import-Export Investment and Investment Company Limited in Lai Xa Industrial Cluster, Kim Chung Commune, Hoai Duc District (now Hoai Duc Commune).

According to the Decision, the City People's Committee allowed Hanoi Import-Export Investment and Investment Company Limited to lease 12,507m2 of land in Lai Xa Industrial Cluster to invest in the construction of a textile factory.

This project will be implemented according to the detailed planning and production and business lines approved by competent authorities. The land lease term will last until December 31, 2030, with annual land rent collection and no auction of land use rights.

The location and boundary of the land plot are determined in the Current status Map at a scale of 1/500 of plot No. 03, Lot No. 07, Lai Xa Industrial Cluster, established by Thien Phu Technology, Information Technology and Geopolitical Mapping Joint Stock Company in March 2025, which has been confirmed by the People's Committee of Kim Chung Commune and the Department of Agriculture and Environment.

Hanoi Import-Export Investment Company Limited is responsible for contacting the People's Committee of Hoai Duc commune for guidance on financial obligations related to site clearance (GPMB) and infrastructure, signing a land lease contract with the Department of Agriculture and Environment, and fulfilling tax obligations to pay land rent.
