Me Linh Commune People's Committee has just issued a decision on the revocation and cancellation of land use right certificates issued to 7 households and individuals that are not in accordance with regulations (dumping) in Me Linh commune according to Conclusion No. 139/KL-UBND dated July 20, 2012 of Me Linh District People's Committee.
Me Linh Commune People's Committee allows households and individuals to continue to use and manage specific land use right certificates as follows:
Me Linh Commune People's Committee assigned the Economic Department to hand over land use right certificates issued No. N 952613 and BE 289012 to the Me Linh District Land Registration Office Branch to carry out management according to regulations.
Hanoi Land Registration Office Branch - Me Linh District Branch inspects and reviews land use right certificates currently in storage on the list and receives the handover of 2 certificates with issued numbers N 952613 and BE 289012 to manage recovered certificates according to this decision, and revise cadastral records according to regulations.
Me Linh Commune General Service Center is responsible for posting this decision on the electronic information portal of the Commune People's Committee.
Land users are responsible for fully exercising their rights and obligations according to the provisions of law.
