Today (January 19), the 14th National Party Congress begins its first working day at the National Convention Center, Hanoi.
Before the start of the preparatory session of the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam (Congress XIV), Party and State leaders and delegates attending the Congress entered the Mausoleum to pay respects to President Ho Chi Minh; laid wreaths at the Monument to Heroes and Martyrs.
Next, delegates attending the 14th National Congress moved to the National Convention Center (Hanoi) to hold a preparatory session.
