Social housing under the Thanh Lam - Dai Thinh 2 New Urban Area Project
Hanoi Department of Construction has publicly announced the plan to receive applications for registration to buy, lease, and lease-purchase social housing in land plots CT-05 and CT-06 under the Thanh Lam - Dai Thinh 2 New Urban Area Project, Quang Minh commune, Hanoi (phase 1). The project investor is Housing and Urban Development Investment Corporation (HUD).
At the CT-05 social housing project, the number of apartments for sale is 89 units, the area of apartments ranges from 56.12 m2 to 68.38 m2. Similarly, the CT-06 social housing project also opened for sale 89 apartments.
The time to receive applications for social housing purchase is from June 29th, 2026 to August 12th, 2026, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays as prescribed. The expected time to sign apartment purchase contracts is November 2026. The handover time for apartments for project CT-05 is expected in the first quarter of 2027, and project CT-06 is expected to be handed over in the fourth quarter of 2027.
The selling price of social housing at the CT-05 project is 14,603,319 VND/m2. Accordingly, the selling price of each apartment at the CT-05 project ranges from more than 819 million VND to more than 998 million VND.
For the CT-06 project, the selling price is 14, 522. 255 VND/m2. Equivalent to the price of each apartment in the CT-06 project ranging from more than 814 million VND to more than 992 million VND.
Uy No social housing
Hanoi Department of Construction announced the plan to receive applications for social housing lease-purchase for the high-rise housing item under the Housing Area project in Uy No commune, former Dong Anh district (now Dong Anh commune, Hanoi City), phase 2. The project investor is Corporation 319 of the Ministry of National Defense.
In this phase, the project has only 1 social housing apartment receiving applications for lease-purchase. The application submission period is from June 24, 2026 to the end of August 5, 2026, excluding Saturdays and Sundays.
It is expected to sign an apartment lease-purchase contract in October 2026 and hand over the apartment in the fourth quarter of 2026. The average selling price of the apartment is 20,617,583 VND/m2.

Phu Lam social housing
Phu Lam Social Housing Project is preparing to receive applications to buy 98 apartments at the project (phase 3) after 5 years of lease. The project investor is Hai Phat Investment Joint Stock Company. The project is built on a land plot with an area of 45,122 m2, including 5 high-rise buildings CT01, CT02, CT03, CT04 and CT05. Each building is 18 floors high and 1 basement floor; in which the 1st floor is arranged for commercial services, community activities, from the 2nd floor to the 18th floor are apartments.
The total number of social housing apartments in the project is 1,534 units. In phase 3, the number of apartments eligible for lease and sale opened for sale is 98 units.
The time to receive applications for social housing purchase is from June 25, 2026 to August 14, 2026, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays as prescribed. Application time is in the morning from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM, and in the afternoon from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM.
The selling price of social housing at the project is 13,619,144 VND/m2, excluding 5% value-added tax and 2% maintenance fee. People can contact and submit applications at Hai Phat Investment Joint Stock Company.
