The temporary selling price of social housing is 24,740,000 VND/m2 (including VAT, excluding maintenance fees); maintenance fee is 449,800 VND/m2. Lease-purchase price is 556,520 VND/m2 (including VAT, excluding maintenance fees), lease price is 215,625 VND/m2.
The total number of apartments in the project is 196 units. Of which, social housing for sale includes 109 units, with areas from 40.4m2 to 59.4m2 (equivalent to prices from 999.4 million VND to 1.46 billion VND/unit); social housing for lease-purchase includes 17 units, with an area of 40.4m2; social housing for lease includes 34 units, with areas from 40.4 - 47.4m2.
The time to receive applications for purchase and lease-purchase is from April 25, 2026 to the end of May 30, 2026 (excluding Sundays). The expected time to sign apartment purchase and sale contracts is June 2026, and apartment handover is expected in the fourth quarter of 2027.

Ha Dinh social housing
The investor of the Ha Dinh social housing project is a consortium of UDIC Urban Infrastructure Development Investment Corporation - One Member Limited Liability Company, Hanoi Water and Electricity Construction Joint Stock Company - Haweicco, DAC Hanoi Construction and Housing Development Joint Stock Company.
It is known that the project is being implemented at land plot NO1, Ha Dinh New Urban Area (Thanh Liet ward, Hanoi City), including 1 25-story apartment building and 1 basement.
The total number of apartments in the project is 440 units, including 365 social housing units and 75 commercial units. The project is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2027. The selling price of social housing is about 25,000 VND/m2.
It is expected to receive applications for registration to buy, lease, and lease-purchase social housing apartments at the Ha Dinh Social Housing project in the second quarter of 2026.

Social housing under the Thanh Lam - Dai Thinh 2 New Urban Area Project
Hanoi Department of Construction has just publicly announced the plan to receive applications for registration to buy, lease, and lease-purchase social housing in land plots CT-05 and CT-06 under the Thanh Lam - Dai Thinh 2 New Urban Area Project, Quang Minh commune, Hanoi (phase 1). The project investor is Housing and Urban Development Investment Corporation (HUD).
At the CT-05 social housing project, the number of apartments for sale is 89 units, the area of apartments ranges from 56.12 m2 to 68.38 m2. Similarly, the CT-06 social housing project also opened for sale 89 apartments.
The time to receive applications for social housing purchase is from June 29, 2026 to August 12, 2026, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays as prescribed.
The expected time to sign apartment purchase contracts is November 2026. The handover time for apartments for project CT-05 is expected in the first quarter of 2027, and project CT-06 is expected to be handed over in the fourth quarter of 2027.

Hanoi Department of Construction has just announced the plan to receive applications for social housing lease-purchase for the high-rise housing item under the Housing Area project in Uy No commune, former Dong Anh district (now Dong Anh commune, Hanoi City), phase 2. The project investor is Corporation 319 of the Ministry of National Defense.
In this phase, the project has only 1 social housing apartment receiving applications for lease-purchase. The application submission period is from June 24, 2026 to the end of August 5, 2026, excluding Saturdays and Sundays.
It is expected to sign an apartment lease-purchase contract in October 2026 and hand over the apartment in the fourth quarter of 2026. The average selling price of the apartment is 20,617,583 VND/m2.
