Lac Viet Joint Venture Auction Company has just announced the auction of residential land use rights for 12 land plots in the Song Moi auction area, Hoa Xa commune, old Ung Hoa district (now Hoa Xa commune), Hanoi City.
The total area of land plots is 1,456.4m2, the area of each plot ranges from 116.3 - 130.6m2. Starting price 11,786,000 VND/m2.
The price step is applied as follows: in the two mandatory auction rounds (round 1 and round 2), the price step is 10,000 VND/m2; in the third auction round, the price step is 100,000 VND/m2. Auction participants are allowed to bid without limiting the number of price steps for each bid.
The selling and receiving time for auction participation dossiers is from 8:00 AM on March 4, 2026 to 5:00 PM on March 18, 2026. Dossiers are sold and received at the Hoa Xa Commune Infrastructure Investment Project Management Board and the headquarters of Lac Viet Joint Venture Auction Company.
The auction form is direct voting in multiple rounds at the auction session, at least 2 mandatory rounds and a maximum of 3 rounds, according to the up-pricing method.
The auction is expected to be held at 8:30 am on March 21, 2026 (saturday) at the large hall of the Management Board of Investment - Infrastructure Projects of Hoa Xa commune. Participants need to be present at least 30 minutes before the auction opening to complete the registration procedures.
In case participants register multiple land plots and pay the deposit together, they must pay the full amount as prescribed for all registered plots. If the deposit amount is lower than the total deposit amount of the registered land plots, the entire dossier will not be eligible to participate in the auction. In case the deposit amount is less than the registered plot number, participants must clearly state the symbol of the land plot they want to pay the deposit in the money transfer content.
