It is expected that on March 7, Joint Venture Auction Company No. 5 - National will organize an auction of residential land use rights for 13 land plots (Zone A and Zone B) in the Project to build technical infrastructure for the land auction area for land use rights ĐG 06 of Sai Son Commune Ring Road, Quoc Oai District, Hanoi City (now Quoc Oai Commune, Hanoi City).
Land plots with areas from 70.4 m2 to 101.8 m2. Among them, plots with symbols A1-A5 have a starting price of 14,225,500 VND/m2; plots with symbols B1-B8 have a starting price of 9,545,000 VND/m2.
The auction is expected to be held at 8:30 am on March 7, 2026 (saturday) at the Quoc Oai Commune General Service Center.
It is expected that on the morning of March 8, Joint Venture Auction Company No. 5 - National will organize an auction of residential land use rights for 13 land plots belonging to the Project to build technical infrastructure for the old Me Linh district land use right auction area (now Quang Minh commune, Hanoi City).
The total area of land plots put up for auction is 1,341 m2, the area of each plot ranges from 81.7 m2 to 164.2 m2. The starting price is determined to be 16,840,000 VND/m2.
The auction is expected to be held at 8:30 am on March 8, 2026 (Sunday) at the Hall of Quang Minh Commune Political Center (Noi Dong village, Quang Minh commune, Hanoi City).
On the afternoon of March 8, an auction of residential land use rights took place for 1 land plot at point X2, Yen Vinh village, Thanh Lam commune, former Me Linh district (now Quang Minh commune), 4 land plots at the Noi Dong Resettlement Area Construction Project (serving Ring Road 4 - Hanoi Capital Region) and 9 commercial land plots at the Garden and Office project.
Land plots have areas ranging from 76.37 m2 to 178.0 m2. The starting price ranges from 10,940,000 VND/m2 to 16,840,000 VND/m2.
The auction session is held at 2:00 PM on March 8, 2026 (Sunday) at the Hall of Quang Minh Commune Political Center.
It is expected that on March 20, the auction of 14 land plots in Phuc Tho commune, Hanoi city will take place. Accordingly, the land plots in the auction include: 1 land plot in the Project of building technical infrastructure (HTKT) auctioning land use rights in Doc Tranh area, former Trach My Loc commune (phase 2); 11 land plots in the Project of building HTKT auctioning land use rights in Doc Tranh interspersed area, former Trach My Loc commune; and 2 land plots in the Project of building HTKT auctioning land use rights in Ma May area, former Phung Thuong commune (now Phuc Tho commune).
Land plots with an area of 85.6 m2 or more, the starting price ranges from 7,405,000 - 11,572,000 VND/m2. The auction takes place at 8:30 am on March 20, 2026 at the Hall of the Project Management Board for Investment - Infrastructure of Phuc Tho commune.
On March 21, the auction of residential land use rights for 27 land plots at point YB2, Yen Bai village, Tien Thang commune, Hanoi city took place.
The total area of the land plots is 2, 885.8 m2, each plot has an area from 90 m2 to 154.5 m2. The starting price is determined to be 7, 170,000 VND/m2. The auction is expected to be held at 8:30 am on March 21, 2026 (saturday) at the Hall of Tien Thang Commune People's Committee (address in Van Loi village, Tien Thang commune - old Tam Dong Commune People's Committee Hall).
