According to initial information, the incident occurred at about 10:30 am on the same day. At this time, a truck with license plate 79C-083.48 driven by driver Cao Khac Kh. (born 1972, residing in Hoa Xuan commune, Dak Lak province) was traveling on National Highway 1 in the South - North direction.
When reaching the section passing through Phung Du 2 residential group (Hoai Nhon Tay ward), the truck collided with a pickup truck with license plate 77A-347.79 driven by Ms. Dang Thi Ngoc H. (born in 1985, residing in Bong Son ward) traveling in the same direction.
The collision caused the pickup truck to lose control and crash into Mr. Trinh H.'s house on the side of the road, damaging part of the construction. The accident caused the pickup truck to be heavily damaged, and Ms. H. suffered minor scratches.
Currently, the cause of the accident is being verified and investigated by functional agencies to clarify and handle according to regulations.
