The Property Auction Service Center (Hanoi Department of Justice) has just announced the organization of an auction session for residential land use rights for 5 land plots from L02-09 to L02-13 in Cat Ha area, Tam Thuan commune (now Hat Mon commune) and 10 land plots in Cau Loc - Giao Ha area, Ngoc Tao commune (now Hat Mon commune), Hanoi city.
The land plots have an area of 90 - 96.83 m2, with starting prices including 2 levels: 11,315,000 VND/m2 and 12,490,000 VND/m2.
The auction method is to bid up, the auction form is for each land plot, by direct voting at the auction session, with a maximum of 3 rounds.
The price step applied to each round is as follows: in round 1, the price step is determined according to a fixed difference. For 5 land plots in Cat Ha area, Tam Thuan commune (old), the price step is 23,685,000 VND/m2; for 10 land plots in Cau Loc - Giao Ha area, Ngoc Tao commune (old), the price step is 30,770,000 VND/m2. In round 2 and round 3, the price step is determined to be a minimum difference of 200,000 VND/m2, applied to all 15 land plots.
The time for selling invitation documents to participate in the auction is from 8:00 AM on March 23, 2026 to 5:00 PM on April 14, 2026 at the headquarters of the Asset Auction Service Center and the headquarters of the Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board of Hat Mon commune, Hanoi city.
The auction session will be held at 8:30 am on April 17, 2026 at the Hall of the Management Board of Investment - Infrastructure Projects of Hat Mon commune. Auction participants are present at the hall at 8:00 am to complete procedures, carrying CCCD (original) to check their qualifications.
The organizers noted that auction participants are not allowed to auction land plots that their spouses, brothers, sisters, and siblings also participate in the auction. People who have participated in the auction of any land plot are not authorized by another person to participate in the auction of that land plot; one person is not authorized by two or more people, and each person is only authorized to authorize one person to participate in the auction for all registered land plots.
