Joint Venture Auction Company No. 5 - National has just announced the auction of land use rights according to the provisions of land law for 47 land plots at point HK-04, Hoang Xa village, Yen Lang commune, Hanoi City.
The total area of land plots is 4,792.44 m2, the area of each plot is from 86.1 m2 to 121.44 m2. The starting price is 6,369,000 VND/m2.
The auction form is direct voting in multiple rounds at the auction session, with a maximum of 2 rounds; upward bidding method. The price step applied to auction round No. 1 is 35,000 VND/price step/m2; auction round No. 2 is 2,000 VND/price step/m2.
Time to receive applications for auction participation is from 8:00 AM on March 18, 2026 to 5:00 PM on March 31, 2026 (during office hours). Auction participants submit applications directly at the Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board of Yen Lang commune or at Auction Partnership Company No. 5 - National.
Land plots with residential land use purposes; long-term use term; form of use is land allocation by the State with land use fees.
The auction session will be held at 8:30 am on April 3, 2026 at the Hall of the People's Council - People's Committee of Yen Lang commune (village 1, Yen Lang commune, Hanoi City). Auction participants must be present at least 60 minutes in advance to complete the procedures.
In case of authorization to participate in the auction, when attending the auction session, there must be a valid document or authorization letter, notarized in accordance with legal regulations, clearly stating the information of the auction, content, term of authorization, rights and responsibilities of the parties. In an auction session for each land plot, each person is only allowed to represent one subject participating in the auction; if they are already participants in the auction for the same land plot, they are not allowed to receive authorization from another subject for that land plot.
