Joint Venture Auction Company No. 5 - National has just announced the auction of residential land use rights for 24 land plots in the XK3-CH land area belonging to the technical infrastructure construction project of the interspersed residential land use rights auction area (XK2-CH and XK3-CH areas), Can Huu commune, Quoc Oai district, Hanoi city (now Kieu Phu commune, Hanoi city).
The total area of the auctioned land is 2,768.2 m2, the land plots have an area from 103.7 m2 to 143.7 m2. The starting price is 8,016,000 VND/m2.
The auction form is direct secret ballot in multiple rounds for each land plot at the auction session, at least through 02 mandatory auction rounds. The auction method is to bid up.
In the 2 mandatory auction rounds (round 1 and round 2), the price step is 10,000,000 VND/m2. The number of times increasing the price step each time bidding is unlimited. From the 3rd auction round onwards, the price step is 2,000,000 VND/m2. The number of times increasing the price step each time bidding is unlimited.
The purpose of land use is residential land, with a long term of use. The form of land use is that the State allocates land with land use fees to build houses through land use rights auctions.
The time to sell and receive applications for auction participation is from 8:00 AM on May 28, 2026 to 5:00 PM on June 10, 2026 (during office hours on working days), at the headquarters of Joint Venture Auction Company No. 5 - National. In addition, applications are also received from 8:00 AM on June 8, 2026 to 5:00 PM on June 10, 2026 at the company headquarters and the headquarters of the Kieu Phu Commune Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board.
The auction session will be held at 8:30 AM on June 13, 2026 (Saturday) at the Kieu Phu Commune People's Committee hall (The Tru village, Kieu Phu commune, Hanoi city). Auction participants are present at least 60 minutes in advance to complete procedures to enter the auction room.
In case of authorizing participation in auctions, there must be a valid authorization document fully notarized in accordance with legal regulations, specific and clear authorization content, clearly stating information about the auction session, authorization work, authorization term, rights and responsibilities of the parties.
In the same land plot auction session, one person is only allowed to represent one subject participating in the auction; at the same time, if they are already participating in the auction for the same land plot, they are not allowed to receive authorization from another subject when participating in the auction for the same land plot.
