On June 1st, according to PV's investigation, Phu Tho Partnership Auction Company has just announced the organization of an auction of the right to use 13 residential land plots in Zone 14 Dan Quyen, Tam Nong commune, Phu Tho province.
The total area of land plots put up for auction is 1,886.7m2, with a total starting price of more than 28.98 billion VND.
According to the announcement, the land plots have an area from 108m2 to 228.7m2. Among them, the group of land plots with an area of 108m2 applies a starting price of 10 million VND/m2, equivalent to 1.08 billion VND per plot.
The remaining land plots with an area from 143.8m2 to 228.7m2 were determined to have a starting price of 15 million VND/m2. The auction was organized in the form of indirect voting, the method of raising bids.
Participants will submit registration documents and bidding slips separately by post according to the regulations of the auction organizing unit.
The time to sell and receive applications lasts from May 29 to 5:00 PM on June 12, 2026. People in need can buy applications at Phu Tho Partnership Auction Company or at the Economic Department of Tam Nong commune. The application fee is 200,000 VND/set.
The deposit for each land plot ranges from 270 million VND to 860 million VND, depending on the value of each asset.
Participants must pay a deposit specifically for each land plot registered for auction and complete the money transfer before 5 pm on June 12.
According to the plan, the field view of the land plots takes place from June 1st to March 3rd, during office hours.
The price announcement and winning bidder determination will be held at 8:00 AM on June 17, 2026 at the Hall of Tam Nong Commune People's Committee.
The subjects participating in the auction are individuals who are eligible for land allocation by the State according to the provisions of the 2024 Land Law and fully meet the conditions according to the provisions of law on auction of assets.
