Vietnam Auction Joint Venture Company has just announced the auction of 16 land plots in the Kim Hoa Urban Housing Area project, Tien Thang commune, Hanoi City.
The auctioned land area has a total area of 2,433 m2, including land plots with areas from 102.5 m2 to 303 m2. The starting price is 14,487,000 VND/m2.
The auction form is direct secret ballot in multiple rounds at the auction session, with a maximum of 2 rounds, according to the up-pricing method.
For 4 land plots from BT37 to BT40, the price step applied in the first auction round is 20,000,000 VND/m2; from the second round onwards is 1,000,000 VND/m2.
For 12 land plots from CL17 to CL28, the price step in the first auction round is 25,000 VND/m2; from the second round onwards is 1,000 VND/m2.
Auction participants are allowed to register for auction of many land plots. However, for each land plot registered for auction, participants must submit a separate set of documents, and at the same time pay the application purchase fee and deposit corresponding to the number of registered land plots.
Time for selling and receiving bids from 8:00 AM on May 27, 2026 to 5:00 PM on June 10, 2026 at the Tien Thang Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board (Kim Giao village, Tien Thang commune, Hanoi City) and the headquarters of Vietnam Auction Partnership Company.
The auction is expected to be held at 8:30 am on June 13, 2026 (Saturday) at the Tien Thang Commune People's Committee hall (former Tam Dong Commune People's Committee headquarters).
According to the notice, in case of authorizing participation in the auction, there must be a valid authorization document clearly stating the scope and content of the authorized work. Auction participants must be present at the venue from 7:30 am on June 13, 2026 to complete procedures to enter the auction hall.
