Lac Viet Joint Venture Auction Company has just announced the organization of an auction of residential land use rights for 32 land plots with a total area of 4, 254m2 in Ba Bui area, Van Mai area (Doc Kinh village), Hamlet 3 area (old elementary school), Lo Ngoi area, Doc Tin village, Huong Son commune, Hanoi City.
Land plots with areas from 81.7m2 to 277m2. The starting price is divided into two levels including 3.8 million VND/m2 and 8.85 million VND/m2. The form of land use is that the State allocates land with land use fees, long-term use term.
The auction session is organized in the form of auctioning each land plot by direct secret ballot at the auction session, according to the up-pricing method.
For Lo Ngoi area, in the first auction round, the price step is 30 million VND/m2. Auction participants are only allowed to pay a maximum of the starting price plus one price step. Pricing levels lower than the starting price or higher than two or more price steps are invalid. In the second auction round, the price step is 100,000 VND/m2.
For Ba Bui area, Van Mai area (Doc Kinh village) and Hamlet 3 area, the price step in the first auction round is 3 million VND/m2. In the second auction round, the price step is 100,000 VND/m2. Participants are offered an unlimited number of increases according to the price step.
The selling and receiving time for auction participation dossiers is from 8:00 AM on May 13, 2026 to 5:00 PM on May 26, 2026 during office hours, except for Saturdays, Sundays and holidays and Tet according to regulations.
The location for selling and receiving dossiers is at the Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board of Huong Son commune and the headquarters of Lac Viet Partnership Auction Company.
The auction is expected to be held at 8:30 am on May 29, 2026 at Yen Vy Village Cultural House, Huong Son commune, Hanoi City.
