Lac Viet Joint Venture Auction Company has just announced the temporary suspension of the land use right auction to select investors to implement the housing construction investment project for sale at the Cung Trong land use right auction area, Dai Dinh village, Tam Hung commune, Hanoi city.
According to the notice, the temporary suspension of auctions is implemented based on Document No. 3729/VP-NTMT dated March 7, 2026 of the Hanoi City People's Committee Office on reviewing the land use right auction plan for 2026. The document requests review and ensure that the list of projects and land plots put up for auction are consistent with the adjustment of the 100-year vision Capital Plan being prepared and approved.
In addition, the temporary suspension is also based on Notice No. 175-TB/DU dated June 22, 2026 of the Tam Hung Commune Party Committee on the conclusion of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, the Executive Committee of the Commune Party Committee of the I term at the conference on June 18, 2026 and Official Dispatch No. 1918/UBND-BQLDA dated June 24, 2026 of the Tam Hung Commune People's Committee on the temporary suspension of land use right auctions to select investors to implement the above project.
Lac Viet Partnership Auction Company said that customers who have purchased auction participation documents and have paid deposits will be refunded the entire amount of purchased documents and deposits. The resumption of the auction will be listed and publicly announced in accordance with the order and procedures prescribed by the Law on Auction of Assets and related legal regulations.
Previously, according to the plan, the auction was expected to be held on the morning of July 15. The project includes adjacent house plots from LK01 to LK4, with a total land area auctioned for land use rights of 9,918.6 m2; construction density from 80-100%; maximum height of 5 floors; scale of 117 low-rise adjacent houses, with a population scale of about 468 people.
The starting price of the land is more than 277.966 billion VND, while the deposit is more than 55.593 billion VND.
