Dien Bien Joint Venture Auction Company has just announced the organization of an auction of land use rights to select investors to implement the Him Lam New Urban Area Project, east of 60m road (May 7 road), in Zone A, Dien Bien Phu ward, Dien Bien province.
The auctioned land area is determined according to Land Index Extract, Land Registry Extract No. 01-2025 (Dien Bien Phu ward), ratio 1:1. 000, implemented by the Center for Agricultural Technology, Resources and Environment.
According to the notice, the land plot currently has no assets attached to the land. The starting price of land use rights is more than 261 billion VND.
People who want to participate in the auction are allowed to see the actual site of the land from July 10-15 during office hours. Legal documents and related materials are posted for understanding from July 1 to the end of July 15 at Dien Bien Joint Venture Auction Company or Dien Bien Provincial Land Fund Development Center.
During the same period, the auction organizing unit will sell and receive registration documents to participate, and also receive bid slips. The selling price of the dossier is 1,000,000 VND/dossier at Dien Bien Joint Venture Auction Company, No. 123 Nguyen Trai Street, Muong Thanh Ward, Dien Bien Province.
The deposit to participate in the auction is more than 52 billion VND. Participants paid the deposit and related documents from July 24-29, during office hours, at Dien Bien Joint Venture Auction Company.
Participants in the auction must fully meet the conditions according to the provisions of the 2016 Law on Auction of Assets (amended and supplemented in 2024), not fall into the cases prohibited from participating in auctions under Clause 4, Article 38 of this law, and submit complete dossiers and amounts of money as prescribed.
The auction session is organized in the form of indirect voting according to Article 43 of the 2016 Law on Auction of Assets and is conducted according to the up-pricing method.
The minimum bid for each payment is 1.5 billion VND and there is no limit to the maximum bid price.
The price announcement session is expected to take place from 9:00 AM on July 31st at the Hall of the Dien Bien Provincial Land Fund Development Center, No. 311, Group 11, Dien Bien Phu Ward, Dien Bien Province.
