According to the announcement of the Hanoi Department of Construction, the project is being bid to select investors in the form of competition to implement the Southwest Kim Giang social housing area, at the CT6B, CT7 and CT8 plots of land in the Southwest Kim Giang I New Urban Area, Tan Trieu commune (Thanh Tri district) and Dai Kim ward (Hoang Mai district).
The project is expected to be implemented from 2025 to 2028, on a land area of about 49,704m2, with a total investment of nearly VND 3,478 billion. The operating period is 50 years from the date the investor is decided to allocate or lease land; the land allocation or lease term is in accordance with the provisions of the law on land.
Previously, Hanoi City also issued a notice calling for investment in two social housing projects in Tien Duong commune (Dong Anh district), with a total investment of up to VND 16,148 billion, with a scale of 6,447 apartments.
The Tien Duong 1 social housing project has a total investment of VND9,307 billion, built on a land area of over 16.5 hectares, including 3,103 social housing apartments, 427 commercial apartments and 99 townhouses.
The Tien Duong 2 social housing project has a total investment of VND6,841 billion, built on a land plot of more than 14.6 hectares, with a scale of 3,458 houses, of which 3,344 houses are social housing.
Both of the above projects were approved by Hanoi City for completion before 2030. Investors will enjoy preferential policies such as exemption of land use fees and land rents according to the provisions of law.
