CT3 Kim Chung social housing project: Provisional selling price is 18.4 million VND/m2
The consortium of Hanoi Housing Investment and Development Corporation and Viglacera Corporation - JSC (abbreviated as the consortium of Investors) has officially started construction of the CT3 social housing project, part of the Social housing construction investment project at land plots CT3, CT4 - Kim Chung new urban area (Kim Chung commune, Dong Anh district, Hanoi).
The project is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2026. The total number of apartments in the project is 1,104. Of which, there are 175 commercial apartments for sale with an area of 59 - 63m2; 717 social housing apartments for sale also have similar areas and 212 social housing apartments for rent with an area of 49 - 59m2.
The temporary selling price of social housing apartments is 18.4 million VND/m2, including VAT and maintenance costs. For apartments for rent, the provisional price is 95,000 VND/m2/month, which also includes taxes and maintenance fees.
This is the preliminary price according to the approved Feasibility Study Report, the official price will be determined after the appraisal results from the Department of Construction and approved by the investor in accordance with regulations.
The time to receive registration documents is expected to start from 8:00 a.m. on October 1, 2025 and end at 5:00 p.m. on November 11, 2025.

Social housing project in Kim Hoa commune: Provisional selling price is 21.2 million VND/m2
The social housing project combined with services belongs to the Kim Hoa urban housing project (Me Linh district) invested by Than Ha Construction and Trading Company Limited.
The estimated selling price of apartments in this project is 21.2 million VND/m2 (including VAT, no maintenance fee). The purchase price at the project is about 262,000 VND/m2. The investor will announce the official price after being appraised by the management agency according to regulations.
Investors will receive applications to buy and rent apartments from the second quarter of 2025. The project is expected to be put into use from the fourth quarter of 2027.
After completion, the project will provide 720 apartments, with an area of 62m2 to nearly 70m2, with a density of 10 apartments per floor. The number of apartments for sale includes 648 apartments, the rest are for rent.

Social housing project in Ha Dinh urban area: Provisional selling price is 25 million VND/m2
The Ha Dinh social housing project is built on plot NO1 of the Ha Dinh new urban area (Tan Trieu commune, Thanh Tri district). The project is invested by a consortium of Urban Infrastructure Development Investment Company (UDIC), Haweicco Hanoi Electricity and Water Construction Joint Stock Company; DAC Hanoi Housing Development and Trading Joint Stock Company.
The project is built on a land area of about 9,300m2 (belonging to the 20% land fund of the Ha Dinh new urban area), 25 floors high, including 5 basements, 20 apartments and 1 basement.
In total, the project has 440 apartments, including 365 social housing apartments and 75 commercial housing apartments. Of the 365 social housing units, there are 255 units for sale, 37 units for rent and 73 units for rent.
The project is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2027. Registrants and components of social housing purchase registration documents according to legal regulations.
The temporary selling price of apartments in this project is 25 million VND/m2; social housing rental price is about 150,000 VND/m2/month; The rental price is 390,000 VND/m2/month. The investor will announce the official price after being appraised by the management agency as prescribed. Time to receive the application for social housing registration is expected in the fourth quarter of 2025.
