Ha Tinh The Provincial People's Committee has just approved the investment policy for the Silk Path Ha Tinh 18-hole golf course project with a scale of over 36 hectares, with a total capital of nearly 1,000 billion VND.

The People's Committee of Ha Tinh province has just approved the investment policy and approved the investor for the 18-hole Silk Path Ha Tinh sports golf course project in the western area of the old Ha Tinh city, in Thach Xuan commune and adjacent to Toan Luu commune. The project has a total investment of nearly 1,000 billion VND, with a scale of more than 36 hectares, invested by Silk Path Ha Tinh Golf Course Joint Stock Company.

According to the decision signed by Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Bao Ha, the project is being implemented to build an 18-hole standard golf course, combined with a golf playing, competition training service system, accommodation facilities and auxiliary works. Ha Tinh province hopes that the project will contribute to diversifying entertainment products, improving sports training conditions, promoting tourism services and creating jobs for local workers.

The project has an investment capital of VND 996.361 billion, of which the equity accounts for 15% (VND 149.454 billion), the rest is mobilized capital. The operating period is 50 years from the time of land allocation or lease; required to be completed and put into operation within 24 months after completing land procedures.

The approval of the Silk Path Ha Tinh Golf Course project is considered the next step in the strategy of expanding urban and service space to the west, adding a large-scale project in the field of sports and tourism, in line with the province's long-term development orientation.
