Groundbreaking ceremony for a project of more than 1,900 apartments
On March 27, Phuc Dat Ha Tinh Co., Ltd. held a groundbreaking ceremony for the social housing construction project in Tran Phu ward.
The social housing project is built in Doai Thinh residential group, Tran Phu ward with a total area of nearly 6 hectares, including 5 15-story buildings and 1 commercial building, providing more than 1,900 apartments. The project aims to serve a variety of subjects including: low-income people, workers, officials, and armed forces soldiers.
Representatives of the investor said that currently the demand for housing, especially social housing for low-income people, workers, and laborers is increasing.
The social housing project in Doai Thinh residential group, Tran Phu ward, when completed will be a typical model of social housing development in Ha Tinh province, contributing to improving the quality of life of people.
Mr. Ho Huy Thanh - Vice Chairman of Ha Tinh Provincial People's Committee affirmed: Ha Tinh always firmly adheres to the view that economic development goes hand in hand with social progress and justice, in which it is necessary to care for people's lives, especially the issue of housing for vulnerable groups and low-income people.
The implementation of the Tran Phu ward social housing project is one of the typical works for that orientation, creating a spreading momentum to continue attracting more social housing projects in the province in the coming time.
When a social housing project is implemented, it will open up more opportunities to own apartments for low-income people.
Accelerating the construction of more than 500 apartments in phase 2
These days, the social housing project phase 2 in Thanh Sen ward is being focused on by contractors to accelerate construction progress.
In which, along with the construction of flooring, many groups of workers proceeded to build fences for apartments and construct technical infrastructure items around.
Mr. Tran Quoc Thang - technical officer of Thanh Linh Construction and Trading Co., Ltd. said that currently, taking advantage of favorable weather, the unit is focusing on accelerating the construction progress. In which, the 6th floor is being constructed, and at the same time, the brick wall construction is being deployed on the 3rd floor.
According to the Commander of Tan Hai Son Construction Joint Stock Company, the unit undertaking the building with a scale of 12 floors, has now constructed to the 6th floor floor.
Currently, the unit is focusing maximum manpower to ensure the project's progress milestones, striving to meet the expected roof lift milestone on May 19, 2026.
According to a representative of the Ha Tinh Provincial Development Investment Fund (the investor), the entire construction site of phase 2 of the Social Housing project in Thanh Sen ward is currently entering the peak construction phase.
To ensure progress, the investor has directed contractors to take advantage of favorable weather, focus on increasing manpower and machinery to organize 3 shifts, 4 teams of construction.
The phase 2 social housing project in Thanh Sen ward has a total investment of about 550 billion VND, with a scale of more than 500 apartments arranged in 3 12-story buildings, along with 41 3-story commercial housing.
Previously, phase 1 of the project had completed the construction of 480 apartments belonging to 3 11-story buildings.
On January 12, 2026, the Government issued Resolution No. 7/NQ-CP on assigning social housing development targets to localities in the period 2026 - 2030.
In which, Ha Tinh province is assigned to complete the construction of 3,548 apartments.
