The People's Committee of Hai Duong province has just issued regulations on the price range for renting accommodation for workers in industrial parks; the price range for renting social housing and the price range for management and operation services for apartment buildings in the province.
The rental price of accommodation for workers in industrial parks and social housing ranges from VND17,200/m²/month to a maximum of VND119,000/m²/month. This price depends on many factors such as the number of floors of the apartment building, whether or not there is a basement, as well as the infrastructure and amenities standards of each type of house.
For apartments with 5 floors or less and no basement, the lowest rental price is 17,200 VND/m² floor/month and the highest is 64,300 VND/m² floor/month. Similarly, apartments with different number of floors will have their own minimum and maximum prices. The highest price is for apartments with 25 floors to 30 floors with 1 basement, with rental prices ranging from 31,300 VND/m² floor/month to 119,000 VND/m² floor/month.
Apartment management service prices range from VND 2,000/m² floor/month to VND 10,000/m² floor/month.
This regulation applies to investors in social housing construction projects that do not use public investment capital, trade union financial resources, and individuals investing in the construction of social housing for rent. The decision takes effect from November 20, 2024.
