The Department of Natural Resources and Environment shall preside over and coordinate with the Department of Justice, the Department of Finance, the Department of Construction, the Provincial Police and district-level People's Committees to strengthen inspection and supervision of land auction activities in unusual cases.Inadequacies in legal regulations need to be promptly detected and proposed for amendment and supplementation.
Violating organizations and individuals will be strictly handled according to their authority or proposed to be handled with competent authorities, especially acts of profiteering, causing market disruption.Issues beyond its authority will be reported to the Provincial People's Committee.
