On July 19, Ha Bang Commune People's Committee (Hanoi) said that, implementing the plan to handle cases of land violations in the area, the Commune People's Committee plans to organize coercion against 5 cases in Binh Yen 1 village on the morning of July 22 if households do not voluntarily implement remedial measures according to regulations.
With the motto "taking propaganda, mobilization, and persuasion as priority solutions", Party committees, authorities, departments, branches, mass organizations and functional forces have actively stuck to the area, persistently dialogued, propagated, and explained to help households understand the provisions of the law and voluntarily comply.
Thanks to that, on the morning of July 19, 2 households voluntarily dismantled the violating construction, including Ms. V.T. T's household and Mr. N.V.H's household.
According to Ha Bang Commune People's Committee, the proactive remedy of violations by households not only shows the spirit of law compliance but also contributes to creating consensus among the people, reducing pressure on the organization of coercion and spreading self-awareness in the community.
In the coming days, Ha Bang Commune People's Committee will continue to propagate and mobilize the remaining 3 households to voluntarily dismantle the violating works and remedy the consequences according to regulations.
Ha Bang Commune People's Committee hopes that households will seriously comply and voluntarily implement to ensure their own rights, and at the same time contribute to maintaining discipline in land management and construction order in the area.
For cases of intentional non-compliance, Ha Bang Commune People's Committee will organize coercion according to the plan from 7:30 am on July 22, ensuring the correct order and procedures according to the provisions of law.
