Permanent Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Anh Quan acknowledged the efforts in leadership and direction of public investment disbursement, especially in site clearance work of localities. However, the results achieved have not met the requirements, the progress of projects in both public investment disbursement and site clearance is still low compared to the general average of the whole city.
The Standing Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee requested departments, branches and units to strengthen coordination, promptly remove difficulties, review the progress of each project and strictly handle cases of delays, ensuring the completion of plans. Hai An Ward, Dong Hai Ward and the Hai An Project Management Board will step up propaganda work, focus on site clearance and regularly urge contractors to speed up the construction progress of projects according to plan.
