Accordingly, the Department of Construction publicly announced Decision No. 2483/QD-UBND dated June 30, 2025 of the City People's Committee on approving the investment policy of the Social Housing Construction Investment Project in An Hai Ward, An Duong District (now An Duong Ward, Hai Phong City); requesting investors to pay attention and register as project investors according to the law.
The project to invest in building a new social housing area with a synchronous technical infrastructure and social infrastructure system including social housing in the form of apartments, commercial housing in the form of townhouses (20% land fund), green areas, flower gardens, playgrounds and technical infrastructure works, traffic, parking lots. The project is built on a total area of about 7.65 hectares.
Specifically, the scale of social housing apartments under the completed construction plan (basic interior); includes 4 areas marked C1 - C4 with an area of social housing land of about 33,201.2 m2, about 7 5-storey apartment buildings. The commercial housing area according to the rough construction plan has completed the exterior with a total land area of about 8,289.6 m2, 5 floors high. Along with that, build green areas, flower gardens, and playgrounds with a total area of about 4,023.5m2 with a maximum height of 1 floor; parking lot of about 1,026.5 m2; wastewater treatment plant in the technical infrastructure land with a land area of about 200 m2; traffic roads of about 22,551.4 m2...
The investment in project construction aims to realize the goal of developing social housing in the city; meet the housing needs of beneficiaries of social housing support policies according to regulations and local people; improve quality, living environment; exploit and use land funds appropriately; promote the development of urban infrastructure, social infrastructure and contribute to ensuring social security, creating momentum for socio-economic development in An Duong ward.
The total investment capital of the project is 1,044.677 billion VND. Of which, the preliminary total cost of project implementation (excluding compensation, support, resettlement costs, land use fees, land rents) is 923.920 billion VND, compensation, support, and resettlement costs are expected to be 120.757 billion VND. The progress of capital contribution and capital mobilization is according to the construction progress of the projects. The progress of the project's main operational goals: basic construction and putting the project into operation or exploitation for 5 years from the date of land allocation or land lease for project implementation.
